This Shipping Policy applies to all orders shipped by LINDA DOW LLC​ (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including self-operated products, supplier items, returns, and exchanges. We are committed to safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

2. Carrier Selection

2.1 All logistics partners must hold valid transportation licenses and comply with applicable international and local regulations.

2.2 Carriers are selected based on service quality, reliability, coverage, and cost-effectiveness.

3. Shipping Methods

3.1 Standard Regions (Continental U.S.):

  • FedEx, UPS, USPS, or regional carriers.

    3.2 Remote/Rural Areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories):

  • USPS Priority Mail or dedicated logistics services.

    3.3 Special Items (High-value, fragile, oversized, etc.):

  • Shipped via insured, specialized carriers or white-glove delivery.

4. Shipping Timeframes

4.1 Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days typically ship the same day (excludes pre-orders, custom items, or promotions with specific timelines).

4.2 Weekend/holiday orders ship within 24 hours of the next business day.

4.3 Items marked “Ships in 48 hours,” “Ships in 7 days,” etc., follow the timeline stated on the product page.

5. Shipping Fees

5.1 Free Standard Shipping:​ Orders over $50​ (USD) to continental U.S. addresses.

5.2 Standard Fee:​ Orders under $50 incur a flat fee of $5.99​ (USD).

5.3 Remote Areas:​ Additional surcharges apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Fees display at checkout.

5.4 International Orders:​ Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and carrier during checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Company Error (e.g., wrong/damaged item):​ We cover return shipping and replacement costs.

6.2 Customer-Initiated Returns:

  • Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customer pays return shipping; we cover replacement shipping.

    6.3 Refused/Undeliverable Shipments:​ Costs due to incorrect addresses provided by customers are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Risk of Loss & Title

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Prohibited & Restricted Items

We comply with international and carrier regulations on restricted items (e.g., hazardous materials, liquids, batteries). Customers are responsible for ensuring ordered items comply with their local laws.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, etc.).

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting at prismatic.surf/shipping-policy.
