1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the item’s delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all tags and packaging.

  • The item is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received an incorrect item.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital downloads or software licenses.

  • Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective).

  • Items specifically marked as “Final Sale” or on clearance.

2. The Refund Process

  1. Contact Us: Initiate a return by emailing support@prismatic.surf with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable (e.g., damage).

  2. Return Authorization: Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address.

  3. Ship Item Back: Securely package the item in its original packaging (or equivalent) and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item.

  5. Refund Issuance: Upon approval of the return condition:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. The timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Returns initiated after 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage by the customer, or missing original packaging/tags.

  • Final sale, clearance items, or discounted bundles (unless defective).

  • Original shipping and handling fees (unless the return is due to our error).

  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged due to misuse.
